We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused Guest RelationsAgent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptionalservice.
KeyResponsibilities:
Greetand check in guests to the appropriate dining venue.
Processpayments accurately and efficiently.
Stayinformed on current offers,



promotions, and venue details.
Collaborateclosely with the team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Providesupport and solutions in guest service situations.
What weare looking for:
Strongcustomer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
Abilityto work effectively in a high-pressure, quick-paced environment.
Excellentproblem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Proficiencyin computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
