YOUR role

Manage day-to-day site operations across key project stages
n
Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams
n
Drive programme, sequencing and site coordination
n
Ensure compliance with HSE, QA and project specifications
n
Oversee high-quality finishes on education, housing & high-rise builds
n
Manage site reporting, inspections and stakeholder communication
n
Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
n
n
YOUR experience
n
n




Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Supervisor
n
Background across education, social housing or high-rise residential projects
n
Strong leadership and communication skills on-site
n
Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
n
Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and build quality
n
Experience with systems like Procore, Aconex or similar (advantageous)
n
Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction are highly regarded
n
