Key Responsibilities
Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Perform cleaning duties and uphold hygiene standards
Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures
Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture




Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards
Comply with hotel policies and OH&S; guidelines
Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required
