Industry Pathways Manager
to lead the development of meaningful pathways that connect students with further education, vocational training, apprenticeships, traineeships and employment opportunities.
This is a unique leadership opportunity for a passionate professional who can bridge the gap between education and industry, creating life-changing opportunities for young people while developing robust partnerships across the Fraser Coast region.
Working closely with the Director of Teaching and Learning, Deputy Principal – Senior College,



Head of Academic Success, Careers Coordinator and RTO Manager, the successful applicant will lead the College's pathways strategy and industry engagement portfolio.
The role combines strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and student-focused pathway development to ensure every student has access to clear and achievable post-school opportunities.

The Industry Pathways Manager will provide leadership across:
Industry partnerships and employer engagement
School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs)
Structured Workplace Learning (SWL)
External Registered Training Organisation (RTO) partnerships
Industry engagement opportunities
About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Experience in careers, pathways, VET, industry engagement, employment services or education.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A passion for helping young people achieve successful futures.
The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic leadership team.
External Registered Training Organisation (RTO) partnerships
Industryexposure opportunities
School-to-work and school-to-training transitions
Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or other relevant RTO training)
Excellent English written and oral skills
