About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated and skilled
Sous Chef
to be second-in-command in our kitchen, supporting our Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents at
Templestowe Woodlands
Care Community.

What You'll Do:
Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and managing daily operations.
Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences.
Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.
Step up and lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Contribute to creating a dining experience that brings joy to our residents.
What You'll Need:
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
Experience as a Chef, with some supervisory or leadership exposure.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
A passion for food and a genuine desire to make a difference in aged care.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Willingness to complete:
