About this Opportunity
The Organisational Development Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing programs, frameworks and resources that support employees through the early stages of the employee lifecycle and enable successful transition, engagement and performance.
Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, this role will lead the development of structured approaches to talent assessment, onboarding and induction, supporting recruitment and workforce development across the Northern Territory.
The role will partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that strengthen workforce capability and employee experience.
The position will also contribute to building organisational capability through the design of fair, evidence-based assessment methodologies, onboarding frameworks and employee integration initiatives,
while embedding diversity and inclusion principles across all programs and practices.
About You
You are an organised and collaborative organisational development professional who enjoys designing practical people solutions and supporting workforce capability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in organisational development, workforce capability or learning and development roles
Experience designing and implementing structured frameworks, systems or programs
Experience in talent assessment, onboarding or induction programs
Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong written and verbal communication capability
Program and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Understanding of organisational development principles, assessment methodologies and onboarding practices
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups
Experience working within complex or evolving organisational environments
