Youth and Young Adults Minister

The role is part time or full time, depending on the candidate.
The Purpose of the Youth and Young Adults Minister role is to lead and develop the young adults and youth ministry at St Stephen's in accordance with our mission to make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ for God's glory.
The role includes identifying and training leaders for youth ministry, leading and facilitating Teen Space, Young Adults Bible Study and Youth Group, and working with the ministry team to create new initiatives furthering the vision of St Stephen's.
