What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Manager, you will:
Efficiently manage and direct all aspects of workshop operations
Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customerbase
Deliver key performance indicators including productivity,efficiency, rework, WIP and billing cycle performance
Lead, coach and develop a team of workshop employees
Provide leadership, guidance and training to the service team
Continuously develop and implement strategies to improvemaintenance and service effectiveness
Deliver expert service and support to customers and partners acrossthe region
Contribute to a culture of safety,



innovation and continuousimprovement
What We're Looking For
Has extensive experience in a management position within a heavymachinery workshop environment
Demonstrates strong leadership capability and a passion fordeveloping people
Has proven experience building positive relationships withcustomers, colleagues and management
Possesses robust communication and motivational skills
Has experience managing budgets and financial performance
Can evaluate operational performance and respond to changingbusiness needs
Has strong computer and administrative skills
Is safety-conscious, solutions-focused and committed to continuousimprovement
Takes ownership, drives results and leads by example
