The Role:
Join a dedicated regional healthcare team as a Senior Occupational Therapist committed to delivering culturally respectful, high-quality services.
You will provide timely, culturally appropriate occupational therapy across a multidisciplinary team, lead supervision and mentorship of staff and students, manage a complex and high-volume workload, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
Extensive post-graduate clinical experience
Knowledge of Aboriginal culture and experience working with diverse populations
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
Ability to organize and effectively manage a complex caseload
