As a supervisor for Mammoet, you'll be responsible for orchestrating a team of skilled operatives to prepare, execute and demobilize important and often high-profile heavy lifting and transportation work.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Taking responsibility for the supervision and execution of assigned work
Leading a team with a range of different roles and skills
Providing direction and expert knowledge
Overseeing all phases of work at the site on a day-to-day basis
Ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and effectively

WHAT YOU'LL NEED




Expert level experience in HLT operations, methods, techniques and equipment.
Professional level experience in people management.
Excellent customer service and situational analysis
English, skilled proficiency verbal and written
Safety training and certification to Operational Supervisor level, to Mammoet standards
Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
Ten years of relevant work experience in horizontal and vertical transport
Secondary education (ref. ISCED level 3-4)
