We are hiring a Graduate IT Support Engineer to join our Hardware Services Team, with opportunities across both our, Decommissioning, and Builds areas.
Whether you're passionate about troubleshooting, hands‐on hardware work, or software configuration, we'll help you grow from the ground up — with pathways into our Service Desk and beyond.
You'll gain hands‐on experience and contribute to key areas of our Hardware Services team:
Manage service tickets with clear documentation and timely updates
Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams
Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements
Represent Atturra professionally onsite and offsite
Follow safety protocols and company policies
Responsibilities:
Decommission Engineer
Interest in IT hardware and manual work
Warehousing experience (preferred but not essential)
Full driver's license required for travel across VIC
Strong understanding with some background in IT.
Knowledge of configuration and software setups, any experience in these areas an advantage.

What will make you successful in this role?
Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and MS365
Recent graduate with a Degree or Cert IV in IT
Passion for technology and solving real-world problems
Strong communication and customer service mindset
Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute




Ability to work 5 days a week at our Scoresby based office and/or onsite at customer locations across VIC as needed.
