Based at our Woodridge site, your role will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.
Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers.
Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.
