Key Responsibilities
Support daily kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef.
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service while maintaining efficiency and timeliness.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment in line with OH&S; guidelines.
Follow all standard operating procedures and minimise food wastage.




Complete assigned cleaning duties to uphold kitchen standards.
Attend all training sessions and contribute to a professional, learning focused kitchen culture.
