Job Description
Registered Nurse - Aged Care, Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Elouera, located in Torquay VIC, we currently have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team.
, Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes

About the Candidate
An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered NursePrevious experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferredExperience with ACFI and accreditation requirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
