Comunidadlift is seeking a Pathways High Performance Manager to embed the club's high-performance philosophies across all pathway programs and drive long-term athletic development.
You will lead the performance department, coordinating strength, conditioning, nutrition and recovery to maximise on-field success.
You will partner with the Head of Elite Pathways to shape holistic programs, manage staff, monitor progress, and report outcomes to senior management.
