As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every service experience is professional, seamless and efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing requirements
Scheduling service appointments and managing workshop bookings
Preparing repair orders and service documentation
Communicating recommended repairs and maintenance requirements
Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
Providing regular updates to customers throughout the servicing process
Processing invoices and coordinating vehicle handovers
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services where appropriate
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a customer-facing automotive role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail




A positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and administrative skills
A current and valid Australian Driver Licence
Experience with dealership management systems and multiple automotive brands will be highly regarded, but not essential.
