The Role
Anyday is seeking an experienced, high-energy
Head Host
to work across our three City venues -
Le Royale
,
Golden Avenue
and
The French Exit
.
At the centre of the guest experience, you'll set the tone from the moment guests arrive - confidently managing reservations, arrivals and floor flow while bringing warmth, personality and energy to the door.
No two services will look quite the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, reads the room instinctively and is comfortable thinking on their feet.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy:
Creating warm, memorable first impressions and being at the centre of the guest experience
Managing reservations, walk-ins, waitlists and floor flow across busy services
The diversity of working across multiple distinct venues, each with their own style, clientele and service rhythm




Using initiative and sound judgement to make decisions in the moment and find solutions for guests
Supporting host and front-of-house teams to deliver polished, engaging service
Bringing plenty of personality, positive energy and professionalism to every service
Skills & Experience
2+ years' experience as a Host or Head Host within a high-volume, elevated restaurant environment
Experience using SevenRooms is highly desirable
Confidence managing reservations and floor plans within large, high-volume venues
Solid communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to remain calm, confident and solutions-focused during busy services
An adaptable approach and confidence working across different venue and service styles
A proactive mindset, with the confidence to use initiative, take considered risks and try different approaches when the situation calls for it
