Key Responsibilities
Independently manage quantitative projects from briefing through to final delivery
Lead questionnaire development, project setup and fieldwork management
Develop analysis plans and storyboards focused on clients' business objectives
Analyse primary and secondary data to uncover meaningful insights and opportunitiesTranslate complex findings into succinct reports and strategic recommendations
Lead presentations and facilitate discussions with client stakeholders
Manage day-to-day client relationships, project updates and requests
Collaborate with quantitative, qualitative, marketing science, consulting and strategy specialists
Support senior leaders with proposals, pitches and new business activity
Use AI-enabled tools to improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery
Skills & Experience
Around 3-5 years of experience in quantitative market research, insights or consulting
Experience independently managing projects across the full research lifecycle
Hands-on experience with pack testing, concept testing and tracking studies
Ideally, exposure to more complex methodologies such as pricing and portfolio analysis and usage and attitude studies
Experience across sectors such as consumer goods, food and beverage, energy or essential services would be advantageous
A solid understanding of quantitative methodologies and statistics
The ability to find the story in the data and connect insights to commercial outcomes
Excellent communication, presentation and consultative skills
Creative thinking and genuine curiosity about people, brands and business
Strong project management skills and confidence managing client relationships
Experience with Q or similar analysis platforms
