Interpersonal skills to effectivelycommunicate with students and colleagues.
Able to manage pastoral issues relative tostaff, students and parents through effective dialogue andprocess.
Well-developed report writing and oralcommunication skills.
Up to date knowledge of contemporaryteaching application and theory.
