Working closely with our Financial Planning Directors, Advisers, Managers and Paraplanners, you'll be an important part of the day-to-day client experience.
You'll be one of the first points of contact for our clients, providing friendly and professional service, managing phone enquiries, scheduling client review appointments, and assisting with the general administration that keeps our Financial Planning team running smoothly.
As you grow into the role and build your industry knowledge, you'll have the opportunity to take on aspects of advice implementation and develop a long-term career in financial planning.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Handling client enquiries, scheduling client appointments and managing Advisers' diaries Carrying out general office administration, including reception, greeting clients, answering incoming calls and scanning Maintaining accurate client records, portfolios and product information in Compass (Xplan software) Managing inward and outward correspondence Supporting Advisers,
Paraplanners and the broader Financial Planning team with day-to-day operations Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance As you develop in the role : preparing Review Appointment folders and assisting with administration and implementation activities within required timeframes To view the full Position Description , please click here About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have previous experience in a client service, administration or support role, preferably within the Financial Planning industry.
Experience as a Client Service Officer or exposure to paraplanning would be highly regarded.
However, we're equally interested in candidates who have a genuine interest in helping clients, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
We're looking for someone with: A genuine interest in helping clients and providing a great customer experience Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good planning, organisational and time-management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping things accurate and on track Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills The following will also be highly regarded, but are not essential: Previous experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services Knowledge of Compass (Xplan) or similar financial planning software RG146 qualification or a financial services related degree/diploma As our ideal candidat e, you'll be a trusted,
dependable team player who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and can be relied on to handle sensitive client information accurately.
