Based in Sydney CBD.
The role This is a hands-on payroll role sitting right in the middle of a live transformation programme.
You'll keep BAU payroll running smoothly across a mix of pay cycles and systems, while also getting involved in the detail of the harmonisation itself, testing changes, flagging inconsistencies and helping bring consistency across the group.
You'll: Process payroll across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles for sites ranging from small teams through to well over a hundred staff Work across multiple payroll systems, with exposure to ADP Payline a bonus Support harmonisation of pay frequencies, leave rules and conditions across the group Take part in test pay runs and check that system changes have flowed through correctly Flag anything that looks inconsistent and raise it with the project team About you Solid payroll processing experience,
