Busy Bees Willetton is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to join on a full‐time fixed‐term maternity leave cover until 22 January ****, with an immediate start.
The role balances leadership with hands‐on support on the floor in a quick‐paced 72‐place service in Willetton WA.
You'll lead and mentor educators, manage administrative duties, build strong partnerships with families, support NQF compliance and curriculum planning, and step into the Centre Director role when required.
