We're seeking a commercially sharp, senior electrical contracting qualified to lead our Design, Estimating and Business Development functions.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a genuine leadership role with real influence over strategy and growth and not just another estimating position.
$220k base plus super plus vehicle/allowance STI and LTI bonuses Growth, development and opportunities Culturally brilliant What you'll do: Lead Design, Estimating and Business Development, partnering with the MD on growth strategy You'll lead a team of two, own major tenders end-to-end, and build the relationships that keep the pipeline full.
Build relationships with builders, developers and consultants to generate new opportunities Lead and mentor a two-person Design Estimating team Oversee electrical design for compliance,
