Job Description Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly and ad hoc pay runs.
Maintain payroll data, employee records, leave balances, and payroll reporting.
Process onboarding, offboarding, and termination payments.
Respond to payroll and leave enquiries and liaise with payroll providers.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work, Superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax, and related legislation.
Support the transition from outsourced to in-house payroll operations Support payroll audits and compliance reviews.
Identify and implement payroll process improvements and control enhancements.
Raise purchase orders and support procurement processes.




Maintain supplier, contract, and fixed asset records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Drive efficiency improvements across payroll, finance, and administration functions.
Assist with the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes.
Provide support across the broader finance team during busy periods and project activity.
The Successful Applicant Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a complex environment.
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards, superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax requirements.
Experience working across payroll, accounts, or finance administration functions.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong systems capability and confidence improving processes and workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
