Your opportunity Philips challenges you to your strong Healthcare Project Management skills to deliver state-of-the-art healthcare systems and top-quality service to our current and prospective clients across the region.
Based at our Perth office, you will be responsible for many exciting projects across Western Australia, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall delivery of our ANZ business for our diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, and hospital patient monitoring products.
This is a crucial role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have overall responsibility for delivering end-to-end projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
This will be achieved through your active involvement in the Order Acquisition Process and effective execution of the Order Realization Process of mid to large installations of mobile and fixed medical imaging systems and patient monitoring & hospital integrated solutions.
Your role:
Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process
Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and customer needs
Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes
Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases
Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed on time.
Conducting regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Managing and communicating project risks and issues, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
Conducting pre and post calculation project reviews including project ''Lessons Learnt''
Organizing the execution of the installation and required user training




Manage the transition from project execution to closure and to business service support
You're the right fit if:
Clinical experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging, Integrated Patient Monitoring Solutions, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare digital radiographic information Systems
You will have qualifications in either engineering, healthcare, project management or equivalent, and ideally also be a Certified Project Manager; PMP or equivalent.
You will bring a sound track record of Project Management experience within in healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery or construction projects, in a B2B environment
Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the supply chain process, and working with large cross functional teams
Sound negotiation, conflict and stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills
High level of software literacy across MS Office suite, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio, CAD
