Senior Systems Analyst | Digital Health Standards
Lead complex business and systems analysis across standards-related initiatives, shaping requirements, solution design and stakeholder outcomes in an Agile delivery setting.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid – onsite at least 2 days per week for face-to-face team meetings, subject to change based on collaboration needs
Contract Duration
12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions

Essential Tasks
Lead analysis of business needs across complex new and existing standards initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder input to develop coordinated business and project requirements.
Provide business analysis, systems analysis and design changes aligned with strategic direction.
Manage priorities, dependencies, quality outcomes and stakeholder engagement across complex projects.
Key Criteria




Strong experience leading business analysis across complex standards-related initiatives.
Relevant systems analysis skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills across business and technology teams.
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.
