We're looking for an experienced and passionate
Store Manager
to lead our Turramurra store.
This is a hands on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to build a high performing team, create exceptional customer experiences, and make a genuine impact within the local community.

In this Role
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community to drive store success
Take ownership of store operations, sales performance and delivery of key business objectives
Coach and empower team members through ongoing training, support and development
Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture where people thrive
Lead by example, setting the standard for service, teamwork and operational excellence




Support business growth through a flexible approach and willingness to contribute across multiple store locations when required
You're Likely a Match If
Proven experience as a Store Manager or retail leader, with a track record of driving team and store success
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, engage and develop high performing teams
A genuine passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with customers, teams and stakeholders
A hands-on, customer first approach and commitment to operational excellence
Flexibility to work across a retail roster, including weekends and diverse trading hours
The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on team culture and community engagement
