As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers, we're looking for an experienced
HVAC Service Manager
to join our Operations team.
Reporting to the relevant Account Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of a team of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors, supported by dedicated administration and coordination teams.
This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing workforce planning, rostering and job scheduling, and ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and customer expectations.
You'll focus on driving operational efficiency, maximising technician productivity, and ensuring work orders are completed and closed within agreed service timeframes.

Desired Skills and Experience
Experience within the HVAC industry or a similar technical service environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to interpret and manage operational reports
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume and KPI-driven environment
Robust relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to maximise technician productivity through effective planning, scheduling and resource allocation
Commitment to supporting and championing operational processes across service coordination, leadership and field teams
Strong administrative and organisational skills, including operational reporting and workforce management
Current driver's licence
National Police Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service delivery
Oversee workforce planning, rostering and scheduling to maximise operational efficiency
Ensure work orders are completed, managed and closed within contractual service level agreements.




Monitor team performance against key operational and customer service KPIs
Support and drive operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with service coordination and administration teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Review and manage operational reports to identify trends, opportunities and performance outcomes
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety requirementsFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability and customer focus across the team

Additional Information
As part of our workplace health and safety requirements, you may be required to complete audiometric testing within your first three months of employment to establish a baseline hearing measure.
Testing may be repeated every two years thereafter.
All testing will be arranged and funded by the company and will not impact hiring decisions or employment conditions.
