Key responsibilities:
Manage client accounts,



ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution
Support broking activities, including quoting, policy administration, and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Assist in onboarding new clients and portfolio growth initiatives
What we're looking for:
Recent graduate of Business/Finance/Commerce (or similar), or candidate with 2-3 years' experience in insurance claims or broking.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Basic understanding of insurance or finance industry (preferred but not essential)
Reliable, team-oriented attitude with good organisational skills
