About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will:
Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality educational programs across both 3YO and 4YO kindergarten
Contribute to curriculum planning, documentation and assessment
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
Build strong and respectful relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teachers and the wider community
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Bring your experience, ideas and passion for early childhood education to the service
About You
We're looking for an Educator who:
Holds a
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Has previous experience working in an early childhood setting beyond student placement
Is confident contributing to programming, documentation and assessment
Builds genuine relationships with children, families and colleagues
Is passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education
Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and community
Is flexible, collaborative and willing to embrace the opportunities that come with regional living
Please note:
This position is best suited to educators who have gained practical experience in an early childhood setting outside of student placement experience.
