Due to significant deal flow, the opportunity to join this business in a key front office position is available.
Supporting senior financiers, you will be instrumental in providing key transaction support, from initial deal structuring through to financial close.
As a key member of the front office team, you will: Assist with initial deal structuring and negotiations, visiting clients where required Undertake detailed due diligence and financial analysis using financial models Prepare credit papers and support all stakeholders through to deal close Maintain deal integrity and data quality,



ensuring risks, conditions, and reporting obligations are managed effectively.
