Site based role with a support from a Contract Administrator.
Deliver projects from start to finish to a high standard.
Flexibility on offer.
Key Requirements: Tertiary qualification in construction management or similar.
Demonstrated experience in project management on commercial building projects.
Ideally main contractor side experience but also considering consultancy or subcontractor background.
Excellent time management.
Contract administration or site based experience is highly desirable.
An excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and develop solid relationships.
