The Opportunity Under broad direction, the Elizabeth Quay Precinct Manager is responsible for the strategic, commercial and operational management of the Elizabeth Quay precinct, ensuring it remains a protected, vibrant, sustainable and commercially successful destination.
Acting as the central point of responsibility for precinct outcomes, you will coordinate services and priorities across multiple City Alliances while building strong relationships with government agencies, tenants, businesses, community groups and other key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Property Management within our Properties unit, your responsibilities will primarily include: Developing and delivering the Elizabeth Quay precinct strategy, annual maintenance plan, service standards and performance measures; Overseeing precinct operations, asset management, capital works coordination, presentation, safety and amenity; Managing commercial property matters, including leases, licences, rent reviews, easements and other land dealings; Identifying opportunities to enhance the precinct's commercial performance, sustainability, customer experience and long-term value; and Building productive relationships with tenants, private landowners, government agencies, service providers and other precinct stakeholders.




About You To succeed in this role, you will possess: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in commercial property, precinct, place or asset management; Extensive experience managing precincts, places, property or multi-service environments, supported by strong commercial awareness; Demonstrated experience coordinating outcomes across multiple internal and external service providers; Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and report-writing skills; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across the community, public and private sectors; and Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
