The Prospect The firm is looking for an up-and-coming Associate Adviser who is eager to elevate their career by learning alongside well-respected and experienced advisers.
To facilitate the firm's growth, you will be the conduit between the Senior Advisers and the support teams.
This role offers the chance to partner closely with advisers and be a key player in the client's advice journey.
The business is happy to support additional studies or facilitate a PY but we do need people who are happy to stay in the Associate position until all of your skills are developed.
The Role Support Senior Advisers with ongoing management of client affairs, including maintenance, strategy preparation, and progress reporting Work in conjunction with Client Service Officers to tailor SOAs and ROAs for clients, reviewing final documents for quality Attend client meetings alongside Advisers, for the purpose of your development and to build your knowledge across complex strategies About you: Prior experience in an senior client service, paraplanning or junior associate role Related degree and commencement of Financial Planning qualifications Strong technical acumen, high attention to detail and proactive in approach Strategic in your thinking coupled with a commercial mindset Have a solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and financial products Be genuinely passionate and driven to succeed in this industry with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
