The Organisation: This established organisation provides labour hire, construction and mechanical services, supporting a predominantly field-based workforce across a range of industries.
Due to an upcoming change within the payroll function, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team on a permanent part-time basis.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on payroll position where solid communication skills and the ability to confidently manage employee queries will be highly valued.

Job Duties: The role will involve managing the end-to-end weekly payroll process for a predominantly field-based workforce, with key responsibilities including: Processing weekly payroll for up to 150 timesheets Managing end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time Responding to payroll queries from employees and providing clear, easy-to-understand information Working with penalties, overtime and relevant awards Preparing weekly and end-of-month payroll reporting Ensuring payroll information is accurate and compliant Working closely with the CFO and wider business Assisting with payroll-related administration and reporting as required Candidate Profile:



The successful candidate will have previous end-to-end payroll experience and be confident working independently within a busy environment.
