Provide shift leadership, act as a resource, and undertake portfolio responsibilities.
WHD5 Lead expert clinical care and coordination across wards/units/services to ensure continuity and quality.
Implement corporate policies, quality improvement, risk management, and resource oversight.
Maintain a professional practice portfolio and foster a learning workplace for staff development.
Lead and evaluate research activities to improve service delivery and patient/client outcomes.
