Role Status: Part-time temporary vacancy available until 30 October **** Remuneration: CPW2 ($66,416 - $69,504) plus 12% superannuation Role Details: Join the team in our Noarlunga office as an Access Worker or Support Worker to facilitate positive interactions between children and their birth families.
As an Access Worker, you will supervise children and young people during visitations and record daily interactions to office teams.
Additionally, the Support Worker will undertake research and enact appropriate measures to assist clientele with sensitive matters.
You will accurately refer children and young people to beneficial support services, such as suitable government and community organisations.
These diverse roles allow you to create beneficial change through compassion-led access and support work.
This is a single vacancy offered at a part-time capacity of 22.5 hours per week.
As an Access Worker, you will: Arrange and coordinate access visits between children, young people, parents and carers Enact suitable conflict resolutions strategies to mitigate conflict Log incidents, hazards and injuries to maintain accurate reporting processes.
As a Support Worker, you will:



Manage sensitive matters of clientele by exercising precise response measures Connect children and young people with valuable resources through committed research and networking endeavours Provide administrative support and attend regular case discussions with DCP staff.
