Starting in a Leasing Administration Assistant position, you will receive hands-on training, fantastic mentorship and ongoing support, with a clear pathway to progress into a Junior Property Manager role.

Your responsibilities will include:



Conducting open homes Completing routine inspections Liaising with tenants Assisting with general leasing duties Supporting the property management team with administration Assisting with general office administration Providing excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants Learning all aspects of property management with the goal of progressing into a Junior Property Manager position About You We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is genuinely excited to build a career in real estate.
To be successful, you will have: A valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence A current NSW driver's licence A confident, hardworking and can-do attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Great organisational and time management skills Immaculate personal presentation The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A genuine desire to learn and progress within property management Previous real estate experience is not required – attitude, presentation and motivation are key.
