Monday to Friday roster Long-term locum and permanent options available Role Details: Clinical pharmacy services in a tertiary hospital Duties tailored to experience – dispensary support and/or ward-based clinical care Areas may include general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology Ward rounds, medication reviews, discharge counselling Supportive,



experienced team workplace Key Responsibilities: Dispensary Services: Accurately review and process medication orders, counsel patients, and support medication safety initiatives.
Ward-Based Clinical Care: Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds, manage medication histories, monitor therapies, and facilitate safe discharge processes.
Team Collaboration Development: Work closely with colleagues, mentor junior staff and students, and contribute to pharmacy education and quality improvement projects.
