Multiple opportunities available Opportunities for growth ASAP starts available The Opportunity I'm currently working with a number of established insurance building and restoration companies across Brisbane and the Gold Coast who are looking to add Restoration Technicians and Senior Restoration Technicians to their teams.
Whether you've recently entered the restoration industry and are looking for the right company to develop with, or you're an experienced Senior Technician looking for more autonomy, better progression or a change of environment, I'd be keen to have a confidential chat.
Opportunities are available across Brisbane and the Gold Coast , with packages depending on your level of experience.
What You'll Be Doing Depending on your experience and the business, your role may include: Attending residential and commercial properties following water, fire, mould and other insured events Moisture testing, mapping and reporting Setting up, monitoring and removing drying equipment Water extraction and structural drying Mould remediation and specialised cleaning Completing site reports and photographic documentation Liaising with homeowners, insurers,



builders and other stakeholders For Senior Technicians - taking ownership of more complex restoration jobs and providing guidance to less experienced technicians What I'm Looking For Previous experience within restoration, insurance building or a similar industry Knowledge of water damage restoration, structural drying and/or mould remediation Solid communication and customer service skills Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload Current Australian driver's licence IICRC qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for every opportunity Experience supervising or mentoring other technicians will be highly regarded for senior positions What's On Offer Multiple roles across Brisbane Gold Coast Opportunities from Technician through to Senior Technician level Competitive hourly rates/packages based on experience Company vehicle provided with many of the opportunities Overtime/on-call opportunities depending on the business Established companies with consistent insurance restoration work Genuine opportunities to develop into senior, supervisory and management positions In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
