Job description Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Project Support Officer to provide administrative and project coordination support to a busy project delivery team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project administrator with a background in construction projects who enjoys managing documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
About the Role Reporting to the Project Director and Project Managers, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery through accurate record management, document control, meeting coordination, and administrative support.
You will be responsible for maintaining project records, assisting with project reporting, processing documentation and payments, and ensuring project information is accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities Maintain project records, registers, and site-based documentation.
Provide administrative support including data entry, claim validation, and payment processing.
Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing documentation, and taking minutes.
Manage document control, filing, version control, and record management processes.
Update and maintain project registers, following up on outstanding information where required.
Monitor approvals, permits, inspections, and document expiry dates.
Maintain electronic filing systems and project databases.
Provide general business support to the project team, including coordinating project-related assets such as IT equipment, PPE, and stationery.
Assist with project reporting and other duties as directed.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Project Support Officer or Project Administration role, ideally within a construction environment.




Experience using electronic document management systems.
Strong meeting coordination skills, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and calendar management.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational skills with robust attention to detail.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
