This opportunity will see you support a busy external enquiries function within a large South Australian organisation.
YOU | You'll bring strong administration, coordination and stakeholder communication skills, together with a highly organised and proactive approach.
You will also have: * Experience managing enquiries, requests or shared workflows * Robust written and verbal communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping * The ability to assess, prioritise and distribute incoming requests * Confidence managing deadlines and following matters through to completion * A proactive approach to identifying and improving processes THE ROLE | Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will coordinate incoming enquiries and ensure they are accurately recorded, appropriately distributed and responded to within required timeframes.
Responsibilities include:



* Recording all incoming enquiries in the External Enquiries Log * Assessing requests to ensure the required information has been provided * Prioritising and distributing enquiries to the appropriate team * Tracking enquiries from receipt through to completion * Maintaining accurate and current enquiry records and status updates * Recording written and verbal contact from internal stakeholders * Monitoring deadlines and supporting the achievement of service KPIs * Identifying workflow inconsistencies and proposing practical improvements THE CLIENT | Our client is a large South Australian organisation providing essential services to the community.
