BDO is hiring a Payroll Officer to join the finance team and oversee end-to-end payroll for 2,800+ employees across NSW, QLD, SA, VIC & WA. This role reports to the Payroll Supervisor and focuses on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will work with a dispersed finance team, support payroll processes, and liaise with People & Culture and other stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely payroll delivery.
