You'll play a key role in building a strong team culture, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
What You'll Be Doing * Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants * Driving business development and strengthening client partnerships * Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates * Supporting consultants to achieve and exceed their recruitment and revenue targets * Setting performance expectations and creating a high-performing team culture * Sharing best practice,
