Manufacturing Other Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Work across multiple major electrical projects Take ownership of purchasing procurement Long-term role with a growing contractor A well-established electrical contractor is looking for an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join their Brisbane team.
This is a hands-on role supporting multiple projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials, agreements and deliveries are managed efficiently.
The Role You'll coordinate purchasing activities across multiple projects, including: Managing supplier and subcontractor agreements, including retention Sourcing materials and negotiating pricing, terms and conditions Raising and managing purchase orders Coordinating material requirements with Project Managers and Site Teams Managing supplier and subcontractor delivery schedules Managing payment schedules, variations, invoices and retention Monitoring supplier and subcontractor performance Maintaining accurate procurement and project documentation Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving purchasing processes Ensuring materials are available when required to keep projects moving About You To be successful,
