Yearly bonus $$$ Off floor Leadership role Discount on childcare Educational Leader | Flinders View Area | Recently Opened Service | Full Time A recently opened early learning centre in the Flinders View area is searching for an experienced and confident Educational Leader who is ready to guide pedagogy, mentor educators and help shape the learning culture of a growing service.
This is a full time role suited to an ECT who is passionate about curriculum, reflective practice and high quality early childhood education.
As the Educational Leader, you will be the pedagogical driver of the centre.
Your leadership will influence every room, every educator and every child's learning journey.
You will work closely with the Centre Director and the team to build strong foundations for quality as the service continues to grow.
Your Responsibilities Leading the implementation of the EYLF, NQS and contemporary best practice Mentoring and coaching educators to strengthen pedagogy, documentation and reflective practice Working collaboratively with the team to design innovative and child led programs Supporting educators with intentional teaching strategies and high quality curriculum decisions Playing a key role in the Quality Improvement Plan and centre wide quality initiatives Building solid and respectful partnerships with families to support continuity of learning Staying up to date with sector research, theory and emerging practice Contributing to a positive, professional and growth focused team culture Supporting the centre with leadership responsibilities as needed Working off the floor as ratios allow while still being present and connected to the team What We Are Looking For Bachelor of Early Childhood Education ECT approved by ACECQA Minimum 2 years experience as an Educational Leader Strong pedagogical knowledge and confidence guiding others Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills Full Australian working rights A warm, collaborative and professional approach Ability to balance off the floor leadership time with on floor presence as the service grows Why This Role Matters This is an opportunity to step into a service that is still building its identity and culture.
