YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER As a KEY VIP ( V ery I mportant P erson), you will be 'linking arms' with Principal/Director across many areas of the business.
Specifically , you will be involved in: General day-to-day office/business operations (both internally with staff and also external stakeholders eg suppliers, insurers, IT, Law Society of NSW); HR/employment - preparing contracts, onboarding/training of new staff, staff leave requests, assisting with recruitment, running weekly/monthly staff employee performance reports; Attending to business/regulatory compliance requirements and keeping policies updated; Proactively regularly advising the Principal/Director on all areas of the business that can be improved (to increase efficiencies, increase revenue and decrease risk),



creating and implementing relevant strategies for business improvement ; Oversee IT/systems and implementation of current systems/automation projects.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a minimum of 2+ years (or MORE-seniors welcome) proven experience as a legal practice manager/operations manager/general manager; have worked in a LAW FIRM and/or LEGAL and/or INSURANCE INDUSTRY employers; have outstanding communication+ people+client-service skills; are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented , can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE; love what you do , have lots of positive energy+ a 'can-do/what-ever it takes' attitude!
Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills+ IT/tech savvy (all essential); are hungry to PROGRESS your career in a KEY pivotal role with a non-traditional fast-growing law firm dedicated to their staff .
