Deliver operational excellence! We are seeking a solutions focused, driven and experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Technician and Trades staff to success, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance and availability of our Heavy Mobile fleet!
n Help achieve continuous and efficient daily operations by spearheading preventive maintenance and repair of our top tier plant.

You'll foster a positive team 'values based' culture where the 'way we work' is just as important as the expertise we demonstrate every day. The role is offered on an ******* days and nights FIFO roster across our Leonora operation in the prolific Gold district.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Ensuring works are completed safely, in line with WHS legislation
n
Ensuring machines are maintained to company standards as per OEM specifications
n
Ensure maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned events
n
Breakdowns, labour requirements, work order control and cost management.
n
Delivery of daily scheduling of planned and unplanned work to meet the weekly mine plan
n




Focus on continuous improvement and lead teams to develop and implement solutions.
n
Promote and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
n
n

Established supervisory experience within an open pit operation
n
Mentor and guide the team to assist with their ongoing learning and development
n
S26 Supervisor competency
n
Enable and support a safety focused culture
n
Manage the delivery and performance of Mobile Plant Machinery
n
National accredited HD Mechanic / Heavy Plant trade (Certificate 3)
n
Current Drivers Licence (Manual)
n
