ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be part of a dedicated team delivering holistic and person centered care to residents across the organisation's aged care facilities.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary team while ensuring each resident's individual care needs are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct resident assessments and develop tailored care plans Provide safe,



respectful and holistic nursing care Administer and monitor medications Lead and mentor ENs and personal carers during your shift Collaborate with doctors and allied health staff Advocate for residents and promote their wellbeing Monitor health changes and respond with clinical judgment and critical thinking Maintain a safe working environment and participate in health and safety initiatives ABOUT YOU Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) – essential AHPRA registration Aged care experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Passionate about delivering resident focused care Postgraduate training in aged care or gerontology desirable WHAT'S ON OFFER?
