Make Every Afternoon an Adventure at St Mary's Beaudesert OSHC!
At St Mary's Outside School Hours Care Beaudesert, we believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, connection and plenty of opportunities to explore.
We're looking for passionate educators to join our team and help create meaningful experiences for children before school, after school and during vacation care.
With a close-knit service of up to 120 children, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships, support children's unique interests and be part of a team that loves bringing new ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing nurturing care for children
Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:
ACertificate III, Diplomain Children's Services(or ACECQA approved)
desirable but not essential.
Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
A current QueenslandBlue Card(Working with Children Check)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A passion for working with children and contributing to their growth in a play-based setting




Previous experience in OSHC or a similar environment (desirable)
